TPO roof membranes (single-ply roof membrane)

In the past, commercial roof material was made from asphalt, rubber or metal, but TPO has begun to replace these materials. Introduced in the early 1990’s, TPO is both heat and UV resistant, while still retaining the ability to expand or contract during extreme temperatures. TPO is environmentally friendly and recyclable. Another feature of TPO membrane is its high level of reflectivity. Light colored TPO membranes can meet and even exceed Energy Stars performance levels.

TPO is the ideal commercial roofing system as it is durable, reliable, energy efficient, and requires little maintenance.
